Toyohashi University of Technology has already been continuing ‘Entrepreneurship’ as an entrepreneurial education program since 2003. However, we will now strengthen developing the human resources for entrepreneurship with innovative and practical ideas, as new objectives to educate founding start-ups based on research and development findings at universities etc., developing new businesses, and establishing start-up ecosystems, with the adoption of the Entrepreneur Development Project (EDGE – NEXT) as a consortium member with Nagoya University. This program will be organized within the educational curriculum of the undergraduate and master courses. We will provide a more active and practical entrepreneurship education opportunity, by collaborating with the domestic business contests.
